At DeoDap, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your DeoDap account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, ensure the product is in its original packaging with all tags intact for our team to verify the condition.

• 3.
  Pickup and Shipping

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
